I am a sustainability and interdisciplinary educator who helps students think critically and creatively, communicate effectively, and take action. My approach to education is rooted in interdisciplinary learning; I believe it should be relevant, hands-on, and connected to the real world in meaningful ways.
I focus on experiential and place-based education, social innovation and design thinking, and systems thinking. Whether guiding students through urban design projects, sustainability initiatives, or explorations of identity, I aim to create dynamic, student-centered learning experiences that spark curiosity, collaboration, and agency.
I am also passionate about integrating diverse perspectives, including Indigenous ways of knowing, into my teaching. I am always looking for ways to refine my practice, engaging with new research, collaborating with educators, and bringing real-world case studies into my curriculum.
I live on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations, also known as Vancouver, BC.
